New Rules for A Healthy and Well Holiday Season

The world has changed in some ways.  It behooves us all to adapt to help us to stay healthy and happy during the holiday season (and at all times), as well as to spread good intentions and a joyful spirit to those around us. 

Some suggestions for ensuring a season of holistic wellness and happiness include:

Eat well: choose healthier options as whole, non-processed foods.

Stay hydrated: drink 1.5-2.0 liters of pure water daily.  Avoid alcohol, or manage your intake.

Make time to rest and decompress: maintain your wellness routine.

Keep  moving: avoid sitting for too long.

Reduce your risk of infectious illness: wash your hands, clean hygiene, mask optional.
