This will not be a statement on whether or not you should be vaccinated. I will leave that decision to you. Moreover, I anticipate that you will base your decision on informed, thorough, and compelling information from reliable professional sources.
If you do decide to get vaccinated, you must know that some of the vaccines are accompanied by post-injection side effects, some after the second dose in certain cases.
Rather, I will describe some ways I personally managed some of the post-vaccination side effects experienced by many people. (*These suggestions are not intended to serve as medical advice. As always, consult with your personal physician if you experience any side effects post-vaccination.)
Injection site: Side effects after vaccine injection may include discomfort, soreness, pain, redness, rash, burning, and irritation.
Mild symptoms may be managed with massage and topical application of homeopathic Arnicare and Calendula creams.
Fatigue: Generalized weakness may respond to hydration (with pure water) and rest.
Muscle aches: It may seem counterintuitive, but gentle movement may be helpful. Consider restorative yoga and gentle stretching. Homeopathic Arnica Motana pellets by mouth have shown to be beneficial in reducing muscle soreness.
Malaise: a general feeling of not being well may occur after vaccination. A homeopathic protocol may be prescribed by your doctor to help alleviate a number of symptoms of side effects after vaccine injection.
If you experience any side effects after receiving a vaccine injection, talk with your doctor about how best to alleviate those symptoms so you may get back to being and feeling your best.
